Cactus State Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services across Arizona. Our service offerings include, but are not limited to:

2. Booking & Service Requests

When you book a cleaning service:

You agree to provide accurate contact and location information.

You authorize us to perform the selected services at the scheduled time.

Any changes to services must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid additional fees or rescheduling.

3. Payment Terms

Service fees are determined based on the scope of the cleaning requested. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, online payments, and other forms of payment specified at time of booking.

Late payments may result in suspension of future services until payment is received. Invoices not paid within 15 days may incur late fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting our support team at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

Before arrival of the cleaning team, clients must:

Provide clear access to the property.

Alert us to security systems and access codes.

Inform us of any potential hazards (pets, fragile items, mold, etc.).

We may refuse or pause services if conditions are unsafe. Any hazards not disclosed beforehand may result in additional charges or cancellation.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

If you provide your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Cactus State Cleaning related to:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Booking updates

Service notifications

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

7. Age Restriction

To register for services or opt into SMS messaging, you must be at least 18 years old.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

Cactus State Cleaning makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition of spaces before or after cleaning except as provided in writing. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We carry liability insurance and background-check our team, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or ongoing wear and tear.
